We are a Community Interest Company dedicated to facilitating community led, low energy homes. We believe everyone deserves to live in high quality housing and that the best route to achieving this is for you to be involved in creating your own home.

Build For Good has a number of professional partners who support the organisation in achieving its goals, including close ties with Greater Manchester Community Led Homes Ltd (or the GM CLH Hub).

Our team current consists of

• Rachel Summerscales - Rachel is a Project Officer at the Hub and has worked in the GM community sector for many years. She is the first point of contact for any individuals or groups interested in finding out how to get involved in Community Led Housing and will know how the Hub can help move your plans along. Rachel is part way through building her own family home (a very long process!) as part of a Community Self Build scheme in Oldham, so she has hands on experience of the ups and downs of community led housing.

• Hannah Dixon - Hannah is an RIBA chartered Architect, Certified Passivhaus Designer and AECB Certifier, specialising in sustainable, low carbon construction and community engagement. She has a wide range of experience working on Passivhaus and low energy schemes, as both Project Architect and Passivhaus Consultant. She volunteers on the board of the GM CLH Hub and is passionate about making high quality, low energy housing more accessible.
