New Passivhaus, super low energy home - £397k

Be part of something amazing…

Passivhaus Community Build

The pilot project will give five families or individuals the opportunity to get involved in building their own Passivhaus homes.

The homes have three good sized bedrooms, south facing gardens and a contemporary spacious layout. They are designed to eliminate fuel bills as far as possible and will be exceptionally warm and comfortable.

The homes will be sold for market value, which is currently estimated at £397k. Any profit made from the construction of these homes, will be invested back into the Community Interest Company for helping to facilitate future projects.

The project aims to be on site in spring 2025. Deposits of £100k will be required prior to commencement on site.

Before the scheme starts on site, there will be opportunity to feed into the finishes, landscape and internal layout of the properties. We will be running workshops to allow as much input as possible. There may also be options for elements of the project to be self-finished - for example kitchens, bathrooms and landscape - to help reduce costs and allow you to add your own flourishes!
